About Gatekeepers Project

Our Mission: Giving a Voice to the Voiceless

At Gatekeepers, we stand for those who cannot stand for themselves—America’s most vulnerable children. Children do not vote, they often don’t have a platform, and their struggles are too easily overlooked. We are here to change that. Our mission is to give these children a voice, to ensure that their needs are no longer ignored, and to demand action from the leaders of this country.

Too many children are left behind, their futures shaped by systems that fail them. We are here for marginalized children, for foster youth who, at 18, are abandoned without a family or support, for children trafficked into the horrors of exploitation—especially young Black girls and boys who are too often erased from the narrative.

In America, a child’s future should not be determined by where they are born, yet the inequalities in education between inner-city and suburban schools persist, trapping children in cycles of poverty. We are here to fight for children living in food deserts, for whom access to healthy meals is a daily battle, and to raise awareness about early childhood diabetes, a disease that too many face due to this food injustice.

Healthcare should be a basic right for every child, no matter their parents' income. Mental health support for drug abuse, the reduction of juvenile incarceration, and the fight against child poverty are not optional. These are moral imperatives.

Gatekeepers is committed to supporting leaders and politicians who prioritize children in their policies, who work to right these wrongs, and who believe that the future of our country lies in the hands of its youngest citizens.

We need your help to continue this work. By donating or subscribing, you become part of this critical mission—giving children the voice they deserve and demanding a future where no child is forgotten. Your support is their hope. Let’s build a society that doesn’t just see children but fights for them.

Every child matters, and we won’t stop until every child is heard.

Our goal is to empower marginalized children and their communities, ensuring that they can redefine their future by influencing  positive change in society.
